Update Dockerfile and configuration for OpenClaw Assistant

- Added vim and nano to the Dockerfile for improved editing capabilities.
- Bumped version to 0.5.33 in config.yaml.
- Set OpenClaw directories in run.sh to ensure persistence across updates.
